Warranty Coverage
The warranty period is specified on the warranty card included with the product and/or in the product description on our website.
Ilatro Warranty Details:
- Lifetime Warranty: Select products with wheels (e.g., trolleys, wheeled duffel bags).
- 2-Year Warranty: Casual items (e.g., handbags, crossbody bags, casual backpacks, wallets, accessories).
Warranty Validity
- Repairs under warranty must be performed by authorized Ilatro repair partners or Ilatro itself. Improper or unauthorized maintenance or repairs will void the warranty.
- The warranty applies exclusively to products purchased from authorized Ilatro retailers.
The following are not covered under this warranty:
- Wear and tear resulting from regular use.
- Damage caused by improper use, including carrying unusual items, exposure to extreme temperatures, contact with solvents or chemicals, or water infiltration.
- Damage incurred during transit (e.g., airline or train baggage handling). In such cases, report the damage directly to the carrier as soon as possible, as their insurance often covers such incidents.
Submitting a Warranty Claim
To initiate a warranty claim:
- Contact the retailer where the product was originally purchased.
- Reach out to Ilatro Customer Service for assistance.
Proof of purchase is required to validate the warranty. Acceptable proof includes a store receipt or an online order confirmation, which must demonstrate the purchase date, product cost, and retailer information.
Important Notes
- The warranty covers repair or replacement of defective products only and does not extend to consequential or indirect damages, such as loss or damage to product contents.
- Ilatro’s maximum liability under this warranty is limited to the original purchase price paid by the customer.
This warranty is valid only for products carrying the Ilatro brand or those for which Ilatro holds a license.
